We created some great Tenant Programs to make your experience renting a Skyline Living apartment an enjoyable one and ensure that you know you’re a valued part of our community. Read on to learn more about the fun programs and events we provide exclusively for our tenants!
1. Resident Referral Program
Do you know of a colleague, friend, or family member that is looking for their next favourite apartment and would add to our wonderful tenant community? If one or several people come to mind, you could be rewarded for recommending them.
The best part? It’s not one and done. You can provide as many referrals as you like. The Resident Referral Program is our way of spreading the love! We appreciate each one of our tenants, and we know you have great taste, so go ahead – refer them and have a say in who your neighbours will be. To take part in this program, simply visit the Referral Program page on our website.
2. R.I.S.E Tenant Assistance Program
You know what? Sometimes, life happens and when someone is in need, whether it’s you or Mr. Singh down the hall, each struggle matters, and each situation is unique. R.I.S.E. is Skyline Living’s tenant assistance program designed to provide support, access to community resources, and/or financial assistance when a valued tenant is struggling with hardship. If you or your neighbour is experiencing hardship because of an unexpected life event, please reach out to the R.I.S.E Program for more information.
3. Refugee Assistance Program
Home is where the heart is and should always be safe and welcoming. It’s the reason, together with our community and business partners, we created the Skyline Living Refugee Assistance Program, and are committed to removing obstacles and supporting newcomers looking for rental housing for a home away from home.
If you know of a refugee or newcomer family in need of assistance in finding housing, please refer them to the inquiry form, and our team will reach out to them directly.
4. Resident Appreciation Draw
Each day we bear witness to the kindness and exemplary tenant community that makes up the Skyline Living family.
When you assist a neighbour we smile and when you keep your account in good standing, we thank you and appreciate it. It also means you automatically qualify for our Resident Appreciation Draw for a $100 rent discount the following month. It's a perk we award to one amazing tenant each month.

There’s never a dull moment at Skyline Living properties!
