Our Story

For more than two decades, Skyline Living’s reputation has been built on a solid foundation of property management experience, top-notch service, and a passion for constant improvement. Skyline Living was founded in 1999 by brothers Jason and Martin Castellan, along with their friend, Jason Ashdown, while they were students at the University of Guelph. The company has grown from humble beginnings into a leader in the Canadian rental housing industry.

Today, Skyline Living operates under Skyline Group of Companies and is proud to manage over 190 multi-residential properties nationwide, owned by Skyline Apartment REIT.

Skyline Living has been built on understanding individual needs, treating every resident with respect, and providing well-maintained properties that people are proud to call home. We have always believed it is not just about bricks and mortar – it’s about the people.
