At Skyline Living, we are committed to providing outstanding customer service. This means making every resident feel at home.

We strive to make each interaction with our residents personal, efficient, useful, and honest. Our dedicated Resident Managers live on site, so they’re not just staff, they’re your neighbours. They provide 24-hour emergency service, so you won’t be calling a 1-800 number and waiting desperately for a response.

Skyline communities also offer reliable maintenance and professional landscaping, so you won’t have to worry about anything but the dishes. Come home to clear driveways, tended gardens, sparkling hallways, and a friendly smile. Let us take care of the details, leaving you more time for the things that really matter.

Social Activities

To help you get to know your neighbours, our Resident Managers host some pretty cool events and activities, many at the suggestion of our residents. Experience summer fun fairs, BBQs, spa days, cards, Bingo, exercise classes, scrap-booking, movie nights and more! Skyline Living offers a variety of opportunities to connect and enjoy life.

Charitable Giving

Skyline’s robust community outreach program entails everything from staff volunteer days and food drives to sponsoring local sports teams and a university scholarship program. Our efforts to build strong communities are never more evident than when our residents come together and give back. Year over year, we have seen increased participation in our resident charitable initiatives, including the FRPO Spring Hope Food Drive, Skyline’s Warm Winter Clothing Drive, and our annual Earth Day Clean-Up.

Environmental Initiatives

We are lessening our environmental impact by choosing sustainable materials and responsible vendors, updating building fixtures and appliances, participating in reuse and recycling initiatives, and using energy more efficiently. By practicing Environmental Stewardship, Skyline Living is committing to preserving our planet for the future.

Safety & Security

This is your home: where you eat, sleep, watch TV, study, relax and share time with loved ones. Above all else, you must feel safe in your own home. That’s why Skyline’s caring Resident Managers live on-site. Since it’s their home too, they are personally invested and take a great deal of pride in the property and the well-being of their residents. All Skyline buildings are equipped with security measures, but the largest contributor to a safe environment is our own residents. By simply coming out and getting to know your neighbours, you are contributing to a safe and intimate community atmosphere.

The Skyline Story

Two of Skyline’s co-founders, brothers Jason and Martin Castellan, started their rental business while still at university. They purchased a home near their school, and slept in the basement while renting out the upper-floor bedrooms to other students. Over time they purchased 52 rental homes, before entering the apartment business in 1999.

Along with their good friend Roy Jason Ashdown, the Castellan brothers grew the business into a true leader in the Canadian apartment industry. Their passion and flair for real estate, coupled with their decades of experience in the business, has cultivated a unique company culture based on drive, friendliness and inclusiveness. All three co-founders still actively run Skyline today, now managing over 600 employees.

Skyline has been recognized for its commitments to company culture, customer service, community service, and environmental excellence through a number of industry awards, and is always striving to achieve new heights.
